A: We offer free shipping on all orders.

Q: What delivery service do you use?
A: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch an order?
A: Orders are processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: NO but we deliver to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes, you can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions.

Q: Are returns free?
A: Yes, returning an order would not cost you anything.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: We’re sorry! Please email us with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Products & Availability

Q: Are all products always in stock?
A: We do our best to maintain stock levels, but some items may become temporarily unavailable. You’ll be notified at checkout if a product is out of stock.

Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise. VAT is clearly shown at checkout and on your invoice.

Q: Do you sell zero-rated VAT items?
A: Yes, some food products such as rice, flour, and certain canned goods are zero-rated under UK VAT law. Shopify automatically adjusts VAT accordingly.
